The blood libels against the Jews of Germany that arose in the Fifth Aliyah. Notice of murders and robberies on behalf of the Committee for the Rescue of Jews from German Murderers and Ghettos of Blood , Jerusalem. An ad directed against Raphael Yom Tov Lipman (Ben Shlomo) Halpern (December 10, 1902 – September 26, 1968) was a physician, director of the neurological department at Hadassah Hospital, author of the Hebrew Doctor's Oath, and recipient of the Israel Prize for Medical Sciences for the year 5713. An interesting anecdote : my grandmother, the compassionate nurse, also worked at Hadassah Hospital during this period and was told to hide her German ancestry because of the harassment of German Jews
