מנהלת העם 1948 - יישובים נדירים - חותמת נדירה של קיבוצים חפצבי ובית-אלפא על מעטפה שנשלחה לטבריה עליה בול ויצמן ע"ס 5 מיל עבור תעריף דברי דפוס PRINTED MATTER - 2.
לידיעה כללית - לא קיימות כלל מעטפות רשומות עם חותמת חפצי-בית אלפא שיצאו משני הקיבוצים האלה, שמנו יחד ערב מלחמת העצמאות 950 תושבים בלבד. לכן גם המעטפות הרגילות עם חותמת מנהלת העם של הקיבוץ הזה נדירות וחסרות ברוב האוספים להשלמת אוסף מנהלת של 80 הישובים הקיימים. מחיר קטלוגי של המעטפה 600 דולר!!!
המעטפה פתוחה ובמצב טוב.
