In folio, 3 volumes. First Italian edition of the American Gazetteer published in London in 1762, enlarged, with new engravings and maps. The fine plates depict views, bird and fauna, cities, people and industries, including tobacco curing and sugar and cotton production, of the New World. The maps are largely based on cartography by Emanuel Bowen.
