Silver bracelet, Iraq, circa 1920, decorated with a continuous panoramic band in the niello technique. The decorations on the bracelet show similar motifs of the ”Marsh Arabs”, including camels, palm trees, domed mosques and sailing boats. Bracelets of this type were also very popular as luxury souvenirs for British soldiers and Western visitors to Iraq at the time. Condition: Good, Diameter: 7 cm.
