Porcelain, painted, with gold paint added. Stamped on the bottom (maker's stamp/serial number).
This is a cracked egg-shaped vessel standing on three legs. The vessel has colored illustrations and an inscription in Yiddish, Hebrew and English. Next to a drawing of an egg on a blue plate and a crown, the inscription (Yiddish) "Salt Water" [Salt Water]. Next to an illustration of an open Haggadah with the inscription in Hebrew "What has changed this night / of all the nights in all" is the inscription in English: "Seder Salt Water". The body of the vessel is decorated with green carnations in several places. A matching ladle is attached. Height: 16 cm
