Good general condition. The page edges are frayed.
The Gaon Rabbi Yehezkiyahu B.R. Moshe HaCohen was a student of the Gaon Rabbi Yosef Steinhart, Baal Zichron Yosef. He was a rabbi in Emmering and the AHMC in Baalad and the Galilee. Several exchanges of answers between him and the "Questions and Answers" were printed in the "Hatem Sofer". It is known that the "Hatam Sofer" appreciated a lot and even though he wanted one of his students to be appointed Rabbi in Baalad, but when he heard that the appointment was offered to Rabbi Miemering, he did not continue to try to do so. . In Rabbi Shlomo Ibn Gabirol's Sefer "Tikun Midot Han'efesh" a poem for the 19th century written by Rabbi Yehezkiyahu is printed. At the beginning of the poem it is written that the Rabbi mourned the passing of Rabbi Yehezkiah and said 'Shame on Dabdin' and regretted that he did not have time to engage with him in the hidden wisdom more and more. Many of the sages and rabbis of Hungary are his descendants.
