Ink cassette, Islamic, date 1279/1862-1863, brass, hardworking, elongated pen case and rectangular cut, similar to the Syrian type in the work of Damascus. The bottom and cover are rounded. The cover is attached to the body by an hinge, topped with a small decorative handle. The inkwell is attached to the body, barrel-shaped and with a peel-shaped lid.
