Dan Moskona was born in 1930 in Bulgaria, studied at the Bulgarian Academy of Art, and immigrated to Israel in 1947. He was very instrumental in influencing the growing artist's colony in Galilee. He's known for oil and watercolor paintings of Israel's landscapes
