מכתב בכתב יד וחתימת רבי אברהם ליב זילברמן אב"ד צפת .
המכתב נשלח אל הרבנות הראשית בחיפה בענין אשה הזקוקה לטיפול רפואי.
הגאון רבי אברהם ליב זילברמן אב"ד צפת (תרמ"ט-תש"ח) נכדו ותלמידו של רפאל זילברמן אב"ד צפת, גדל בבית סבו לאחר שאביו נפטר בצעירותו.
לאחר חתונתו נסע במצוות סבו לשהות בצל האדמו"ר רבי אברהם מתתיהו משטפנשט ולימים החזיק בחזקת אדמור"י בית בוייאן בהדלקה המרכזית בציון רשב"י במירון בל"ג בעומר.
בשנת תרס"ט החל לכהן כדיין בצפת ולאחר פטירת זקנו בשנת תרע"ח,
החל לכהן כרבה של צפת והוא בן עשרים ושמונה בלבד.
היה פעיל מאוד בביסוס הישוב היהודי בצפת ובהשתדלותו נבנה מחדש בית הכנסת האר"י בצפת,
חידושי תורה ממנו נדפסו בקבצי עת שונים, ספרו לב אברהם שהכין לדפוס, לא נדפס.
