Treifos Scandal of Yerushalayim. 1931. Rabbi Isser Zalman Meltzer
A long letter [9 pages] from Rabbi Isser Zalman Meltzer, prohibiting sales of Treifot & Nevelot meat, to non-Jews.
The letter refers to the recent "Pirtzah" [breach] of selling non kosher meat to non Jews despite knowing that it will definitely be resold to Jewish consumers.
The letter is typed, and signed by Rabbi Meltzer. Several handwritten notes throughout the letters.
