Rabbi Eliezer AB"D of Schwabach in Germany was the son of Rabbi Aharon, author of 'Minchat Aharon' and Ha'Aroch Meshech', a descendent of the holy Shakh (Rabbi Shabtai Cohen). He passed away in 1823.
