A vintage 14K yellow gold locket pendant representing the Torah ark, or aron qodesh, an ornamental chamber in the synagogue that houses the Torah scrolls. Filigree piece embellished with polychrome enamel, turquoise and red coral. The doors of the ark open to reveal a prayer note in Hebrew. Traces of a hallmark on the backside. Total Weight: 8.3 grams.
