A vintage Russian Soviet Cold War-era color poster, titled Uncle, Get the Sparrow and designed by Vasily Zavyalov. Inscribed in Russian: Uncle Sam helps all the bloody executioners... Published in 1980 by the Artist of RSFSR Publishers in Leningrad, it is part of the Combat Pencil series, number 3540. Combat Pencil was a renowned creative association of Leningrad artists, recognized for producing propaganda posters and satirical art collections during the mid-20th century.
