Leo Marfurt, Swiss Belgian, 1894 to 1977, lithographic poster, Sauvons lEnfant du Taudis. Signed in the print, upper left. Titled and inscribed in the print, lower to the center. Stamped, upper right. Leo Marfurt was a Swiss Belgian commercial artist, best known for his posters of the 1930s, in an innovative Art Deco style that sometimes incorporated elements of Futurism, Cubism, and Surrealism.
