RONALD S. RIDDICK SIGNED AMERICAN COLOR ETCHING
Ronald Stephen Riddick, American, born 1952, a color etching on paper, Vermont Dusk, 1975. Signed, dated, titled and numbered 170 of 250 on the lower margin. Matted and framed. Note: Born in Santa Monica, California, Ron Riddick became a painter of the southwest, doing a range of subjects including cowboys, Indians and still life. He studied at the Art Center College of Design in Los Angeles and then worked as a commercial artist. Riddick was awarded a gold medal for his gouache painting, Prairie Storm Coming at the 37th Annual, 2002, Cowboy Artists of America Sale and Exhibition at the Phoenix Art Museum. Riddick has been named one of Americas top 100 most collectable living artists by the Encompass American Fine Art Newsbook.
