JAPANESE COPPER WATER BOTTLE AND PORTABLE ALTAR
An antique Japanese copper hot water bed warmer vessel intricately decorated with a gilt floral and hieroglyphic designs, marked on the bottom. And a black lacquered wood portable altar opened by two small gold lacquered panels, discovering a deity sculpture sitting on a pedestal and featuring red painted details, possibly representing one of the Lucky Gods. Circa the late 19th or early 20th century. Oriental Buddhist Decor And Metalwork, Asian Religious Items, Room Accents And Accessories.
