Tanzil Fidda - Jewish Damascus Silver Inlay Work Exhibition Catalog Germany 1995
"Tanzil Fidda" Jewish Damascus metalworks catalog to an exhibition of the Furth Museum in Germany 1995 and publ. by the Jüdisches Regional museum Mittelfranken. The catalog is displaying the metal artworks of the Jewish artists from Damascus, in particular their famous silver inlay works today and throughout history, with emphasis on Judaica artifacts.
Contributors to the collection displayed at the exhibition - Ayala Helga Deutsch from Tel Aviv, Lindenmuseum in Stuttgart and Eichler Wollmer from Nuremberg. Catalog is showing black and white images of the artists at work and a few images of the artifacts themselves alongside the text.
German language, paperback, overall in good condition.
