 Buyer's fee (commission) - 20% of the winning bid - will be charged to the bidder on successful lots.

An automated preliminary invoice will be sent at the close of the sale, it is the responsibility of the

buyer to contact Romano Auction with the preferred method of payment details - then a final invoice will be sent. Lots not settled in a timely manner are subject to being sold to the underbidder.

• Credit card payments fee is 3% of the invoice total

Delivery/shipping charges are the responsibility of the successful bidder.

Payment for any lot must be made in full within 7 days from the final invoice date.

It is entirely the responsibility of the prospective purchaser to check and inspect the items to determine condition, quality, authenticity, size, and authorship during the allocated time prior to the auction. The purchaser may submit in writing, any doubts regarding the authenticity and condition of the item within 30 days of the sale. If it is proven to " Romano Auction " that there has clearly been an error in the information which was given relating to any item, " Romano Auction " shall refund any sums paid by the purchaser and the item shall be returned to the possession of " Romano Auction ". Subject to this obligation, the purchaser shall have no claims and\or further demands with respect to that item.

Collections, accumulations, and group lots are not returnable.
